All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before being sent to our production partner, Printful, for fulfillment. Production typically takes an additional 2–7 business days before your order ships.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Delivery times begin after production is complete:

  • Domestic Orders: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders: Up to 20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

We occasionally run free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment via the carrier’s website.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and may take up to 20 business days.

Import duties, customs taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at support@hoodies-store.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with Printful to resolve any issues promptly.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@hoodies-store.com. Once an order has entered fulfillment with our production partner, we may not be able to make changes.
