We want you to love what you wear. Because all our items are made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. That said, if something’s wrong with your order — we’ll make it right.
Can I Return My Order?

- ✅ Received the wrong item or something damaged? Yes — we’ll send you a free replacement.
Report an Issue
Please email us at support@hoodies-store.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement if it qualifies under our damaged or defective policy.
Time Limit
All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We cannot process claims submitted after this window.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you're located in the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason. Items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- Returned at your own expense
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
