Refund policy
At Hoodie’s Store, all products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. Please review our sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately at support@hoodies-store.com. We will work with our fulfillment partner to evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate. Issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for sizing or style preferences, as all products are printed to order. If your order qualifies for a replacement due to a defect or fulfillment error, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you are entitled by law to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason.
To be eligible for a return under this rule, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs in this case are your responsibility.
We recommend contacting us before returning any EU orders so we can guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your claim for a return or replacement, we will notify you of the decision. If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
