All our products are made to order with care and precision. Once you place an order, please allow 2–5 business days for us to process and fulfill it before shipping. This ensures your hoodie, sweatshirt, or tee is freshly made just for you.

After your item is fulfilled, shipping time depends on your location. Here are the average delivery windows based on Printful’s current estimates:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Free Shipping Promotions
We occasionally run free shipping promotions. When active, these offers will be clearly advertised on our website and applied automatically at checkout if eligible.
Order Issues or Delays

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@hoodies-store.com. Once your order is in production or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Shipping Restrictions
We’re proud to offer global shipping, but due to legal and logistical limitations, there are a few destinations we currently cannot deliver to. These restrictions may change based on world events, government sanctions, or carrier limitations.
We do not ship to the following locations at this time:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Gaza Strip region of Palestine
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, shipping to most parts of the country is restricted. At present, we can only fulfill and ship to Ukraine from our facilities in Latvia.
Our shipping partners may also temporarily suspend service to certain countries due to natural disasters, conflicts, or other service disruptions. For the most current updates, please visit the USPS International Service Alerts page.
