If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Grab a similar item you already own (like your favourite hoodie, sweatshirt or tee) and lay it flat. Measure chest width and body length — then compare with our size charts.
Yes — unless otherwise noted, our garments are unisex and designed to fit a wide range of body types.
Go up one or two sizes depending on how oversized you want the look.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled in 2–5 business days, then dispatched, so delivery times depend on your region — check our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and item weight.
If your order hasn’t entered production, yes. Email us ASAP to request a change.
Our fulfillment partner has print facilities in the US, Australia, Europe, and beyond — your order will ship from the closest location when possible.
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
Since all garments are made to order, we can’t offer size-based or change of mind returns or exchanges. Please use our sizing guides to ensure the best fit before placing an order.
If the item is returned to us, we can reship it at your expense. Please double-check your details before checkout.
We’ll replace it at no cost. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
You have 7 days from delivery to report any issues.

All items are printed to order using high-quality DTG (direct-to-garment) technology. We don’t hold inventory — every product is made just for you.
We operate Hoodie's Store online only. Orders are fulfilled through our business partners, using their global network of print hubs (including the US, Europe, and Australia).
